Delivery

Orders placed on our website are despatched within 2 weeks, depending on the order requirement.  The despatch time for offline orders is agreed when the order is placed.  We promise to despatch your order as quickly as we can and to advise you of any delay. 

Your order will be sent to you by First Class post with Royal Mail’s Signed for Service. This not only provides a Royal Mail Reference so your order can be tracked on Royal Mail’s website, but very often customers receive their orders the next day, which we think is pretty impressive, as the majority of our orders begin their journey from a Sub Post Office in the heart of rural Devon. 

Returns and cancellations policy

Our aim is that the wrist donut symbolises quality. In order to achieve this every wrist donut is created using the very best materials, and finished to the highest standard. Our quality control system ensures that each wrist donut is inspected twice prior to despatch. However, in the unlikely event that in normal use a wrist donut is found to be faulty, it should be returned to PO Box 535 Exeter EX6 6WS and will be either replaced or refunded, whichever is requested.

We respect distance shoppers’ rights. If you change your mind at any time from placing your order to up to fourteen days after the day that the order is delivered please contact sales@wristdonut.com to cancel your order. If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled immediately and your payment will be refunded.

However, if your order has already been despatched please notify us that you wish to cancel as above and return it in good condition, i.e. tried but unused, to PO Box 535 Exeter EX6 6WS and we will refund your order.  We are unable to pay the cost for return.

Once embroidered or made to your specification we are unable to cancel/refund orders for personalised or branded wrist donuts.
